Booking & Cancellation Policy

To secure your spot on any of our tours, a deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the tour start date.

• Bookings made less than 14 days before departure require full payment.
• We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and Apple/Google Pay.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tour details immediately after booking.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our guides.

* If we cancel the tour due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a 100% refund regardless of the date.

Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Normal wear and tear is expected.

• A security deposit may be required for high-value items.
• Late returns will be charged at the daily rental rate.
• Damaged or lost equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
