Booking & Cancellation Policy
Please read our policies carefully before booking your adventure.
Booking Process
To secure your spot on any of our tours, a deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the tour start date.
- Bookings made less than 14 days before departure require full payment.
- We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and Apple/Google Pay.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tour details immediately after booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our guides.
Refund Schedule:
- 30+ days before departureFull Refund
- 15-29 days before departure50% Refund
- 0-14 days before departureNo Refund
* If we cancel the tour due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a 100% refund regardless of the date.
Equipment Rental
Rental equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Normal wear and tear is expected.
- A security deposit may be required for high-value items.
- Late returns will be charged at the daily rental rate.
- Damaged or lost equipment will be charged at replacement cost.
